Shipping policy

We stock our products in the USA and ship from Terre Haute, Indiana, by UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Cost and delivery time

The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping within the United States is normally delivered 2 to 5 days after the order ships.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is back-ordered we will email you.

Key orders and business verification

Security keys and detachers are sold to businesses only. An order that includes a key may be placed on hold while we verify that the buyer is a legal, operating business. Watch for an email asking for verification, such as a business license or Tax ID number, and reply to it so your order can ship. The shipping address must match your business documentation.
